-do 25kg squats + lunges
-run 10k outside
-reduce body fat % to 23% or below!
-do 60 proper pushups in a row
-GET INTO COLLEGE!
the last one is non-fitness related since I’m going to get my admission decisions by the end of the month! so excited!

-bench press 35kg on the smiths machine ACCOMPLISHED!
-do a 10k run outside (I’m scared about triggering my shin splints, but I really want to run 10k again!) DIDN’T ACCOMPLISH BUT CAME CLOSE (8-9K OUTSIDE)
-deadlift 30kg ACCOMPLISHED!

I just read that after approximately 30mins of intense cardio, your body begins to feed off your muscle. holy shit. :/ I don’t want to lose muscle!
