    current goals

    June ‘12

    Fitness: 

    • Bicep curl with 10kg dumbbells
    • 80 pushups in a row
    • Lean the fuck out (see more muscle definition and hopefully see the number on the scale drop)
    • Do more HIIT sessions for longer periods of time (15-20mins)

    Diet: 

    • NO MORE BINGING
    • NO MORE MINDLESS SNACKING
    • Treat myself once a week 
    • Lower fat intake (lower almond intake lol)
    • Don’t eat shit when travelling

    Mind:

    • Enjoy summer, don’t stress
    • Accept my body for what it is. Love it for its beauty
