current goals
June ‘12
Fitness:
- Bicep curl with 10kg dumbbells
- 80 pushups in a row
- Lean the fuck out (see more muscle definition and hopefully see the number on the scale drop)
- Do more HIIT sessions for longer periods of time (15-20mins)
Diet:
- NO MORE BINGING
- NO MORE MINDLESS SNACKING
- Treat myself once a week
- Lower fat intake (lower almond intake lol)
- Don’t eat shit when travelling
Mind:
- Enjoy summer, don’t stress
- Accept my body for what it is. Love it for its beauty
