    I’m kind of upset about how I’ve developed this state of mind where I think that carbohydrates aren’t good for me so I tend to avoid them. I know that wholegrain carbs are good and you need carbs before an intense workout, but I can’t bring myself to consume them. :/ I hate this! I just have this fear of gaining weight- which shouldn’t be a fear at all- and not being able to lose it.
