    I’VE GOT IT! now I know what I’m always so tired! it’s because I don’t eat enough carbs. if you’re constantly feeling tired but you are getting somewhat of enough sleep, you probably need more carbohydrates in your body. I need to conquer this fear of consuming carbohydrates- it’s ridiculous!
